Our LED neon signs are produced with care and thoroughly checked before shipment. However, if your sign arrives with a fault, we will review the issue and work with you to find a fair solution.

Please note that returns and refunds are available only for defective products. Because each sign is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind or ordering errors.

Depending on the situation, we may:

Repair the sign
Replace the sign
Issue a partial refund
Issue a full refund

All outcomes are determined individually, based on the cause of the issue and product condition.

How to report a fault?

Step 1: Submit a Support Request

Use our contact form and select Delivery / Faults / Returns as the subject.

Please include:

Your order number
A short video clearly showing the problem
Photos of the sign and affected areas

For diagnostic and quality assurance reasons, both video and photos are required. Without them, our ability to assess the issue may be limited.

Step 2: Assessment & Next Steps

Once we receive your submission, our team will review the information and contact you with the best available solution. Each case is evaluated separately to ensure an appropriate outcome.

Returning a Faulty Sign

If we confirm that a return is necessary:

The product must be sent back in its original condition
All original packaging must be included
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Returned products may be inspected before a final decision is made.

Replacements & Refund Timing

Approved replacements will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible.
If a refund (partial or full) is approved, we will inform you once it has been processed and advise when the funds should reach your account.
