Does My New Sign Come With a Warranty?

Yes. Every LED neon sign we produce includes a 2-year warranty covering electrical components, provided the sign is used correctly and under suitable conditions.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Electrical components and internal lighting issues
  • Manufacturing-related defects discovered during normal use
  • Issues confirmed through our diagnostic process

Any resolution — such as repair or replacement — depends on the cause of the issue and will be agreed upon between us and the customer.

Inappropriate Use & Warranty Limitations

To maintain warranty coverage, your sign must be used as intended.

Please note:

  • Indoor signs are not weatherproof
  • Exposure to rain, moisture, or outdoor conditions will void the warranty
  • Using the sign in unsuitable environments may result in damage not covered by warranty

Always ensure the sign is installed and operated according to the provided guidelines.

Hardwired & Installed Signs

If your sign has been hardwired or professionally installed, the following conditions apply:

  • We are not responsible for any costs related to installation, removal, or reinstallation
  • If a potential defect arises, we may request photos and videos to assess the issue
  • In some cases, the sign may need to be returned to us for inspection, repair, or replacement

If the sign has been hardwired by an electrician, coverage under the 2-year warranty is assessed at our discretion, based on the nature and cause of the issue.

How Warranty Claims Are Handled

If you believe your sign may have a defect:

  1. Contact our support team via the contact form
  2. Select Delivery / Faults / Returns as your inquiry type
  3. Provide photos and a short video for diagnostic purposes
